I welcome the organizers and participants of the International Conference on Information Security "Infoforum-Ugra"! The conference in Khanty-Mansiysk, which brings together representatives of federal government bodies and government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, scientific and expert community, business community, as well as foreign partners, has a well-deserved reputation and is recognized in professional circles.
The focus of the forum in Ugra are relevant issues of ensuring international information security, and creating a safe and stable ICT environment in the CSTO, SCO and BRICS states. Program of 2021 conference includes issues that require close attention from the state in order to find effective ways to counter new challenges and threats to information security. Most important issues is countering large-scale computer attacks and new approaches to ensuring information security in the context of building a digital economy.
As a part of the conference, the Russian-Chinese digital forum "New digital technologies and information security - development of trust and cooperation" will take place. The forum should provide new motives to the interaction of our countries in this area.I am sure that the practice-oriented program of the conference and high professionalism of its participants will make it possible to develop recommendations for solving key problems in the field of ensuring the security of national information resources and the formation of the international information security system.
