In 1994 he graduated from Moscow Institute of Radioengineering, electronics and automation (Technical University). He served in the 8- th Center of FSB of Russia from 1996 to 2002. He is a member of the working group "Technical Committee for standardization "Cryptographic protection of information" (TC26) on the standardization of the format for storing/reading private keys in a PKI systems and working group IPsec and IKE.
