As you know, the National Forum of Information Security "Infoforum", from the beginning in 2009, annually conducts an off-site international conference in foreign countries under the name of "Confidence and Security in the Information Society".
Such conferences were held already in Bulgaria (2009 and 2010), Italy (2010), Montenegro (2011), Norway (2011), China (Hong Kong in 2012, Shanghai in 2013), Sochi (in 2014) and again China (Beijing in 2016, Shenzhen and Hong Kong in 2017, Shanhai in 2018).
Workshops, negotiations, visits to companies and government agencies are waiting for you in addition to the conference, reports and presentations.
So, in Hong Kong (2012) we visited the Government of Hong Kong, where presentations were also made by local law enforcement agencies working against cyber crime. In Shanghai (2013) we organized a joint “Round Table” with Chinese experts on the theme "Smart and Safe City”, visited the office and the showroom of the UnionPay company. In Beijing (2016) we took part in the business program of 13th International Exhibition "Security China" and Cloud Security Alliance GCR Summit 2016, signed a Memorandum on Cooperation with the Cybersecurity Association of China. And this all, of course, in addition to the extensive business and cultural program.
The conference is held in order to promote development of business cooperation of Russia and countries of the EAEU with China, establishment of contacts between different regions and cities, implementation of safe information technologies for the modernization of the economy, production, regional and municipal management.
The Infoforum’s conference "Confidence and Security in the Information Society" is supported by the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation for Security and Corruption Counteraction, the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, EMERCOM of Russia, Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia, Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, other ministries and departments, the Government of Moscow, administrations of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, leading associations and major industrial enterprises, banks, companies, representatives of science, education and media.
In Shenzhen we are going to organize visits to Huawei Office and Shenzhen City Security Management Center as well as meetings with representatives of the business world of China and other activities.
